Black Country Museum / Pie Factory

The Black Country MuseumFor this summer the Worshipful Master has arranged a visit to the unique Black Country ‘living’ industrial museum followed by a meal at the famous Pie Factory situated close by. Please make sure you book early to avoid any disappointment. Black Country Museum (3pm) followed by Mad O’Rourke’s Pie Factory (5pm).

This event is open to members of the Lodge, their friends and family. Black Country Living Museum: Tipton Road, Dudley, West Midlands DY1 4SQ Map link for the location: An opportunity to bring family and friends along to this lively and wonderful 19th century 26 acre open-air museum. Suggested arrival time is 3:00pm but pre-paid tickets can be made available earlier if required.

Our special group rates include a 10-15 minute introductory talk at 3pm (and again at 3:15pm depending on the size of our group). The museum closes at 5pm.

  • Under 5yrs Free

Note the canal trip is not included but tickets for this can be purchased separately at the museum. There is also a £3 parking fee per vehicle (A token must be purchased before exit)

We finish the day off with a ‘World Famous Pie’ at this traditional pub just down the road from the museum. Meals will be served from 5:30pm.

‘Fixed’ Prices (Adult): Starter £3.50 Main £10.00 Dessert £3.50 (Child): Main £3.50 Dessert £2.00.

Side orders and drinks are NOT included and must be ordered separately.

If you wish to stay later, Mad O’Rourke’s will have live entertainment (Neil Davidson) from 9pm.
