Calling All Master Masons

02 February 2015

Provincial Presentation on the Supreme Order of the Holy Royal ArchAs a Master Mason you may well feel that you have completed the basic teaching of Freemasonry. The three Craft degrees give the impression that they are self contained and complete, however, Royal Arch supplements the teaching of the three Craft degrees.

The Royal Arch is organised as a separate Order of Freemasonry distinct from the Craft degrees, yet it complements the teaching of the Craft, in a way which can only be truly appreciated by those who have joined the Royal Arch.

Indeed the Royal Arch is described as both the foundation and keystone of the whole Masonic structure: it is regarded as “the root, heart and marrow of Freemasonry”. In Craft Masonry, a Brother acknowledges his belief in a “Supreme Being”, yet this relationship is never explored. In Royal Arch, the Mason continues and completes his education and knowledge of Craft Masonry and is invited to consider his relationship and dependence on God.

Presentation on the Supreme Order of the Holy Royal Arch

This Presentation is designed to be given to Master Masons and gives an insight into the undeniable link with the Craft, its History and its Regalia. The Past Deputy Grand Superintendent Geoff Weston and his Team invite you to attend and learn a little more about the next step a Master Mason should consider. The details of the Chapter who will be hosting the Presentation are given below.

This should be your first entry into your 2015 Diary!
